Estelle arranged a 4pm late check out for ME! I had a late flight and this helped me a lot. I really appreciate this extra consideration. I will be back for my next trip.
The elevators were a bit annoying. The cards sometimes did not work properly.

good breakfast convenient location
the breakfast had a good selection of food. line 2 of the metro is about a 7-minute walk away. there are many restaurants nearby. shopping options are also very convenient.
The air conditioning was not working adequately. It was difficult to adjust the room temperature.
